If you however decide on offering them a calendar that has a page for each day of the year, make sure that apart from your most important information and the date there is enough writing space to make it useful. These kinds of calendars also give you the opportunity to be a little bit more creative and use the pages to advertise different events your company will organize.

If you decide to offer your customers or your business partners planners there are several things to take in consideration. First of all they can be more expensive than the calendars. Thus if you have a limited budget you can only get a small quantity. On the other hand they make better promotional gifts and show your appreciation toward your collaboration. They can come in pocket size or a little bit bigger. The bigger ones are usually more practical and apart from the actually planner offer places for business cards, your pen, sometimes even a small calculator. They also have leather covers or similar material which makes them more durable and better looking. The pocket size ones are usually a little big bigger than a telephone agenda and offer space for short notes. Most of the time there is nothing fancy about them, and while they are still useful for the receiver, they are not the best to advertise your business.
